this one is called Election Year, and I wrote it last year for NaNo, all fourteen thousand words of it. I really love it, and I love the idea of it - John Sheppard is the junior senator from California, and he's sort of a take on JFK - old money, old politics, but he has a very liberal viewpoint, and Rodney is his campaign manager with a ~shady past~. halfway through November, I realized that I was writing John as Obama, completely unconsciously. I stopped writing this because I honestly have no idea how campaigns are actually conducted; if I ever figure it out, I might finish it.

this is the trope where everyone disappears except our hero, who in this case is Rodney. I started it for the missing persons challenge over at sga_flashfic and haven't touched it since. I do like it as a very early character study of Rodney, though.

this was going to be an AU of Tao of Rodney, in which John went with Rodney and Radek to check out the Ancient machine, tried to knock Rodney off the platform, and got caught in there with him. I loved the possibilities implicit in John transforming as well as Rodney. what would change?

this one was fic I was trading with the_wanlorn for something else. she'd read an article about a kid who had been beaten up because he wore a pink shirt to school, and she wanted fic where that was Rodney and John saved him.

I love school AUs with a sort of unreasonable passion. I've started three or four of them, but I can never get them just right.

this is an rps/fps fic, John Sheppard/David Hewlett through random plot device. it was originally going to be the least amount of plot I could manage with lots of porn, but then it grew an emotional heart I wasn't prepared for. I'm still very fond of it, actually.

in SGA canon, it's set mid-to-late second season, and thus Sheppard still has his Iratus scar.
